Bio
Mike is the founding Partner of One North Talent. Prior to founding the firm, he spent 15 years in-house leading recruiting at Salesforce, DocuSign and Stripe.
Mike was one of two recruiters at salesforce in 2003 and helped the company grow from 250 to 15,000 employees. He led global recruiting on two separate occasions at Salesforce and also created and led the in-house executive search team, responsible for all executive hires across the company. His last two corporate recruiting roles were leading the global function at DocuSign and Stripe, helping each company grow from ~500 employees to over 2,000.
Mike lives in Alamo, CA with his wife Sarah and 4 children.
Bio
Jeff has nearly 25 years experience with a blend of executive search and in-house operating experience. Most recently he was Chief People Officer for Rubrik which is a late-stage enterprise leader in cloud data management. His mandate was to stand-up the first ever People organization. He joined when it was Series C and 700 employees up to nearly 1,700 employees today.
Prior, he was a VP of Global Talent & Employee Experience at Adobe leading a 250+ person team. He joined Adobe when it was $1b and 2,000 employee and helped grow the company to 20,000 and ultimately a $10b+ market leader during the most transformative time in the company’s history going from on-prem to nearly all recurring revenue.
Jeff is a regular guest speaker at Stanford University’s Business School and Executive Education program on the topics of organizational effectiveness and talent management.
He spent his early years with a boutique executive search firm in San Francisco focused on the technology, retail and financial services practice.
Jeff resides in Los Gatos, CA with his wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs. When not in Los Gatos, he splits his time in Truckee, CA.
Bio
Kerri leads Business Operations and Competitive Research for the firm. With a strong track-record of program management, operations and executive level support, she has been instrumental in enabling team and organizational success.
Most recently, Kerri led program management for the office of the CHRO at Adobe which has 20k+ employees with well over 50+ global offices. In this role, reporting into the CHRO and supporting the People Leadership Team, Kerri comes well equipped to work alongside the One North Talent team to manage exceptional, efficient experiences for both clients and candidates.
Originally from the Bay Area, Kerri relocated to the greater New Orleans area in 2018 and currently lives in Mandeville, LA with her husband Brad and 2 young children.
Bio
Seiji brings more than 20 years of in-house and executive search experience across some of the most transformative technology companies. He was one of the earliest recruiters at Airbnb, joining when the company had just 18 employees and helping scale the organization to more than 600 during its formative hyper-growth years. He later joined Coinbase, where he built and led executive recruiting, partnering with leadership across the company as it grew from roughly 100 employees to over 6,000 globally.
Across his career, Seiji has worked closely with founders and executive teams to hire Chief People Officers, Heads of Talent, and other critical leadership roles that shape company culture and long-term success. He is particularly passionate about helping mission-driven companies scale thoughtfully while preserving what makes them special.
Seiji lives in the Bay Area with his wife and has 2 boys in college that love to spend his money. When he’s not in the Bay he’s likely in Hawaii working on manifesting the aloha spirit.
